在工程量清单计价模式下,从发包方的角度出发,对建设工程招标中清单编制、招标控制价、施工合同签订等方面存在的风险进行了分析,并就发包人如何加强风险的规避与控制做了简要探讨,以期制定有效的风险防范措施,降低发包方的风险。

Under the quantities bill mode, from the contractor’ s point of view, this paper analyzed the risks of bills preparation, tender control price, construction contract signing and other aspects in construction engineering bidding, and discussed briefly the contractor how to strengthen the risk avoidance and control, in order to establish effective risk prevention measures, reduce the risks of contractor.
