摘要
上海电信拨号接入网络升级改造工程已经如期完成，新建成的统一拨号接入平台可以满足150万Internet拨号用户的需求。拨号接入平台在电话网络侧采用了数据旁路技术，提高了网络的安全性和可靠性，满足了统一性与公众性的原则，降低了ISP的建设成本。该工程项目在传统电话网络上开拓了新业务，同时也产生了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
： The upgrade project of Shanghai Telecom’s dial－in access network has accomplished on time． The newly built unified dial－in access platform can meet the demand of 1．5 million dial－in users． The platform adopts data bypassing technology on the telephone network side， in so doing to increase the network security and reliability while satisfying the principles of unification and publicity and decreasing the construction cost of ISP． This project develops new services on conventional telephone network， bringing about great social and economic benefits．
