急诊内镜下清除上消化道异物的治疗效果分析

目的探讨应用内镜清除急诊消化道异物患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月～2013年6月收治的94例上消化道异物患者作为研究对象，按患者的人院顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组47例，对照组采用常规模式下的内镜治疗方案，观察组采用急诊内镜下清除上消化道异物的治疗方案，比较两组的治疗效果、治疗时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为100．0％，明显高于对照组的93．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的治疗时间为（9．08±1．82）h，短于对照组的（15．72±2．01）h，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急诊内镜下清除上消化道异物的治疗方案能有效提高治疗效果，缩短患者的治疗时间，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the treatment effect analysis on upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body by the emergency endoscopic. Methods 94 cases of patients with digestive tract foreign body treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the patients admitted to hospital order, each group was 47 cases.The control group patients were treated by endoscopic treatment on the basis of normal mode.The observation group patients were treated by emergency endoscopic removal.The clinical therapeutic effect,treatment time and incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results Total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%,significantly higher than that of control group （93.6%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The treatment time of observation group was （9.08±l.82）hours,shorter than that of control group[（15.72±2.01）hours],with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect on upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body by the emergency endoscopic is sure,it can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the treatment of patients with time,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
