临床路径护理对手术室护理管理质量的影响

Influence of clinical pathway nursing on the quality of nursing management in the operation room

目的探讨临床路径护理对手术室护理管理质量的影响。方法选取本院2013年6～12月收治并行手术治疗的患者240例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各120例。观察组采用临床路径护理。对照组采用常规护理。分析和比较两组的护理质量、患者的满意度、SAS评分、SDS评分和并发症发生率。结果观察组的优良率、护理质量评分、患者的满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的SAS、SDS评分和并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在手术室的护理管理中，应用临床路径护理可以提高护理质量和患者满意度，改善患者的焦虑和抑郁状态，并可减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore influence of clinical pathway nursing on the quality of nursing management in the operation room. Methods 240 cases of patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June to December 2013 were selected as research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,there were 120 cases in each group.Clinical pathway nursing was used in the observation group,conventional nursing was used in the control group.Quality of nursing,patient satisfaction,SAS score,SDS score and the incidence rate of complication in the two groups was analyzed and compared respectively. Results The excellent and good rate,quality of nursing score,patient＇s satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）.SAS score,SDS score and the incidence rate of complication in observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In nursing management of the operating room,clinical pathway nursing can improve quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction,improve anxiety and depression of patient,and reduce complication,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
