护理干预对降低社会因素剖宫产率的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on reducing the cesarean section rate of social factors

目的探讨护理干预对降低社会因素剖宫产率的影响。方法选择2012年1月-2013年10月在本院产检分娩的初产妇320例，根据随机数字表法，将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各160例。在分析社会因素剖宫产的原因后，实验组给予针对性护理干预措施，对照组给予常规护理。结果实验组的社会因素剖宫产率（14．4％）显著低于对照组（48．7％）（P〈0．01）。结论针对性护理干预对降低社会因素剖宫产率，促进自然分娩具有显著效果．值得临床广泛开展。

Objeeive To explore the influence of nursing intervention on reducing the cesarean section rate of social factors. Methods 320 cases with primiparas performing antenatal examination and giving birth in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,there were 160 cases in each group.After analyzing the reasons of cesarean section of social factors,the experimental group was given targeted nursing interventions while the control group was provided routine nursing. Results The cesarean section rate of the experimental group （14.4%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （48.7%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention have not only remarkable effects of declining cesarean section rate affected by social factors but also promote natural birth, which is worthy of clinical extensive development.
