摘要
目的探讨阿昔洛韦加痔疮膏治疗口唇疱疹的临床效果。方法将100例口唇疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用阿昔洛韦注射液加痔疮膏外涂,对照组采用阿昔洛韦乳膏外涂。观察比较两组的5 d治愈率。结果观察组治愈率为94%,明显高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦加痔疮膏治疗口唇疱疹效果优于单用阿昔洛韦乳膏。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of aeyclovir combined with hemorrhoid cream in treatment of herpes labialis. Methods 100 cases of patients with herpes labialis were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group with 50 cases in each group.Observation group were treated with acyclovir combined with hemorrhoid cream ointment,control group were treated with acyclovir cream.5 clays cure rate was observed and compared between two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 94%,significantly higher than 76% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating herpes labialis with both acyclovir and hemorrhoid cream is better than acyclovir cream alone.
