六味地黄汤加减内服联合膏摩疗法治疗膝骨关节炎45例

Treating 45 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Flexibly Using Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Paste Massage

目的:探讨六味地黄汤加减内服联合膏摩疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将87例膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组45例和对照组42例,治疗组给予六味地黄汤加减内服联合膏摩疗法治疗,对照组给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。结果:疼痛分级,治疗组0级40例,1级3例,2级2例,3级0例;对照组0级,29例;1级,8例;2级,5例;3级,0例。关节功能改善,治疗组显效26例,有效16例,无效3例,有效率占93.33%;对照组显效11例,有效20例,无效11例,有效率占73.81%。两组疼痛分级及关节功能改善比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤加减内服联合膏摩疗法治疗膝骨关节炎,具有较好的临床疗效,及缓解疼痛和改善关节功能的作用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with paste massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：87 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into the treatment group （45 cases） and the control group （42 cases）,the former treated flexibly using Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with paste massage;and the latter given intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Results：The pain grade in the treatment group,grade 0 in 40 cases,grade 1 in 3 cases,grade 2 in 2 cases,grade 3 in 0 case;In the control group, grade 0 in 29 cases,grade 1 in 8 cases,grade 2 in 5 cases,grade 3 in 0 case.The joint function improvement in the treatment group,26 cases being markediy effective,16 cases being effective,3 cases being invalid,and the effective rate being 93.33%;In the control group,11 cases being markediy effective,20 cases being effective,11 cases being invalid,and the effective rate being 73.81%.The difference of pain grade and joint function improvement between the two groups were statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with paste massage has a good clinical efifcacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis to relieve pain and improve joint function.
