摘要 详细研究了采用金属有机化合物热分解法制备锆钛酸铅 Pb(Zr0 .5 3Ti0 .47) O3铁电薄膜的工艺 ,讨论了影响 Preparation of ferroelectric Pb(Zr 0 53 Ti 0 47 )O 3 thin films by matello organic compound decomposition(MOD) process have been studied and various conditions affecting the quality of PZT films have been discussed in this thesis.
