目的：将中药加糖服用对药物作用效果产生的影响进行分析总结。方法：通过检索、查阅大量的文献资料以及翻阅相关的图书，然后进行归纳、分析。结果和结论：喝中药加糖对药效可能会产生多方面的影响，轻则降低药效。重则产生副作用，以致影响身体健康。故不能随便加糖服用中药。

Objective： Overview of taking the traditional Chinese medicine with sugar has an impact on the effect of drug action. Methods： Through the retrieval and access to a large number nf literature and reading relevant books, and then suramarized and analyzed. Results and Conclusions： Drink Chinese traditional medicine with sugar is likely to produce various effects, light is lower efficacy, heavy then side effects,so that affect the body health,therefore can＇t casually take Chinese traditional medicine with sugar.
