108例2型糖尿病伴高血压临床分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病和高血压之间的关系。方法：选取我院于2012年12月～2013年12月收治的108例2型糖尿病患者，其中54例2型糖尿病伴高血压患者作为观察组，54例单纯2型糖尿病血压正常患者作为对照组。结论：两组的数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2型糖尿病伴高血压，患者的血脂代谢、肥胖以及肝肾功能异常风险就会大于血压正常的2型糖尿病患者。

ohjective： to study the relationship hetween type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Selection methods our hospital in December 2012 to December 2013 were treated 108 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, 54 eases of patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension as observation group, 54 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with nornml blood pressure alone as control group. Conclusion： the two groups of data statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. ： type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with high blood pressure, blood lipid metabolism, obesity and liver and kidney function in patients with abnormal risk would be greater than that of normal blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes.
