绵阳市土地利用数量结构及土地资源可持续利用研究 被引量:2

Quantitative Structural Analysis of Land Use and Countermeasure on Land Resources Sustainable Utilization in Mianyang City

摘要 基于绵阳市第二次土地调查数据,运用多样化指数、集中化指数、区位指数及土地利用组合系数,对绵阳市所辖各区县的土地利用数量结构进行定量分析.结果表明,不同区县土地利用数量结构呈现显著差异.主城区土地利用方式多样,山区县土地利用类型集中,丘陵县土地利用多样化程度和集中化程度介于主城区和山区县之间.同时,不同区域的土地利用方式也存在不合理之处,主城区近郊农用地不断被城市建设用地所蚕食,山区县土地利用方式单一、部分耕地被过度垦殖,丘陵县农用地荒置现象日趋突出、土地资源利用效率较低.针对不同区域的问题,提出将传统工业企业由绵阳中心城区向远郊转移、在山区县沿坡地建造梯田并大力发展生态旅游业、在丘陵县及其他农业县对从事耕作业的农户给予适量经济补偿并加快农村居民点迁村并点工作进程等相应改进措施. Based on the second land survey data of Mianyang City,the quantitative structure of land use in Mianyang City was analyzed by the diversity index,concentration index,location index and combination type.The results indicate that:the quantitative structure of land use presents obvious regional difference. Land use pattern is diversified in main city zone,land use type is centralized in mountain counties,the diversity level and concentration degree of land in hilly counties is between those of main city zone and mountain counties.some problems exists in the land use patterns.The agricultural land is occupied by con-struction land in main city zone,land use pattern is single and cultivated land is reclaimed excessively in mountain counties,the farmland lies idle partly and land use efficiency is low in hilly counties.Aiming at the problems of different regions,some improvement measures are put forward.The traditional industrial enterprises should be transferred from the central city to the exurb,Eco-ourism should be developed and terraced field should be built in mountain counties,the economic compensation should be provided to the farmers engaged in farming and the work course on the village relocation and combination should be accelerated.
