摘要
基于工业化的内涵与特征,构建了工业化水平综合评价指标体系、标准与模型,运用层次分析、主成分分析与加权合成法,对1990~2010年内蒙古呼包鄂地区的工业化水平及其演进特征进行测度与分析。结果表明:1990年以来,呼包鄂地区的工业化水平不断提高,现均已进入工业化发展的中期阶段;其工业化发展速度具有阶段性特征,2000年以来开始步入工业化的加速发展阶段;研究区工业化发展水平存在区域差异,工业经济发展速度亦不均衡,呼包二市工业化水平较高,工业化进程较快,鄂尔多斯市工业化发展速度最快;与全区平均水平相比,研究时段内呼包鄂地区工业化进程快于内蒙古地区,且与全区工业化水平的差距逐渐缩小。
Correctly judge the development phases of regional industrialization and its evolution charac-teristics has an important significance to promote the development of regional economy and to speed up the process of industrialization.Based on the connotation and characteristics of industrialization,this paper constructs the industrialization comprehensive evaluation index system,standard and model.Analytical Hierarchy Process,Principal Component Analysis and Weighted Synthesis Method are used in the paper to measure and analyze the industrialization level and the evolution characteristics of HuBaoE area in Inner Mongolia during the period of 1 990 to 2010.The results show that:The industrialization level has continu-ously improved in HuBaoE region since 1 990 and it has entered the middle stage of industrialization;the industrial development speed has stage characteristics in HubaoE area during the study period.It has entered the stage of accelerated industrialization since 2000.The industrialization level has regional differences in the study area,the speed of industrial development is not balanced.The industrialization level are higher and the industrialization process are rapid in Huhhot and Baotou,while the industrialization speed is most quickly in Erdos.Compared with the average level of the region,the industrialization process of HuBaoE area is faster than Inner Mongolia during the study period,but the industrialization gap is gradually narrow between HuBaoE area and Inner Mongolia.
