摘要
分析了Ф10 mm、Ф14 mm高压聚四氟乙烯软管组件脉冲试验失效模式及机理,提出了提高高压聚四氟乙烯软管组件质量可靠性的改进方法,并取得了一定的实效,为进一步提高产品质量奠定了基础。
Discussed the failure ,nodes of φ10 mm and φ14 mm high-pressure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hose assemblies in pulse lest and analyzed the failure mechanisms. Put forward the methods to improve the quality reliability of the high-pressure PTFE hose assetnhlies and achieved certain effects, which laid a foundation fi)r the further improvement of products quality.
