Discussed the failure ,nodes of φ10 mm and φ14 mm high-pressure polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） hose assemblies in pulse lest and analyzed the failure mechanisms. Put forward the methods to improve the quality reliability of the high-pressure PTFE hose assetnhlies and achieved certain effects, which laid a foundation fi）r the further improvement of products quality.
