产品质量是企业生存和发展的前提,影响产品质量的因素很多,但生产过程是影响产品质量的最重要环节,因此,加强生产过程的质量管理尤为重要,通过按标准组织生产、强化质量检验、设置质量控制点、严格质量奖罚4个方面论述了如何加强生产过程的质量管理和控制。

Product quality is a prerequisite for the survival and development of enterprises. There are many factors of influencing the product quality, but production process is the most important link influencing product quality. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen quality management in production process. How to strengthen quality management in production process is discussed from four aspects of organizing production according to standards, strengthening quality inspection, setting quality control points and implementing reward and punishment according to the quality.
