陕西某规模化猪场猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫抗体的检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对陕西省某规模化养猪场猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的疫苗免疫抗体水平进行了检测和评价,以期为该场这2种疫病的防控提供基础资料。分别收集了哺乳仔猪(168份)、保育猪(169份)、后备猪(144份)、基础母猪(130份)和种公猪(13份),共计624份血清样品,通过 ELISA 方法分别检测了猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫抗体水平。结果表明,不同类型猪群猪瘟抗体阳性合格率为72.62%~92.31%,平均阳性合格率76.60%(478/624);其中公猪的阳性合格率为92.31%(12/13),基础母猪81.54%(106/130)、保育猪76.92%(130/169),后备猪75.00%(108/144),哺乳仔猪72.62%(122/168)。不同类型猪群猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体阳性合格率在72.92%~88.17%,平均阳性合格率为83.33%(520/624),其中保育猪抗体阳性合格率为88.17%(149/169),基础母猪87.69%(114/130),公猪84.62%(11/13),哺乳仔猪83.93%(141/168),后备猪72.92%(105/144)。从检测结果来看,该规模化猪场猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫抗体阳性合格率均达到了国家规定的要求,但哺乳仔猪的猪瘟疫苗免疫抗体阳性合格率和后备猪的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫抗体阳性合格率比较偏低,还有待进一步提高。 In this study,the immune antibody titers of CSFV and PRRS were detected and analyzed in a pig farm of Shaanxi province.Total 624 sera from suckling piglets (168),nursery pigs (169),young pigs (144),basis sows (130)and boars (13)were collected,and the immune antibody titres of CSFV and PRRSV were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed:the CSFV immune antibody qualified rate was 72.62%-92.31% in different kind of pigs,the average qualified rate was 76.60% (478/624).The antibody qualified rates were 92.31% (12/13)in boars,81.54% (106/130) in basic sows,76.92% (130/169)in nursery pigs,75.00% (108/144)in young pigs and 72.62% (122/168)in suckling piglets,respectively.The PRRSV immune antibody qualified rates were 72.92%-88.17%in detected pigs,and the average positive rate was 83.33% (520/624).The antibody qualified rate were 88.17% (149/169)in nursery pigs,87.69% (114/130)in basic sows,84.62% (11/13)in boars ,83.93%(141/168)in suckling piglets and 72.92% (105/144)in young pigs,respectively.The data showed that the immune antibody positive rate of CSFV and PRRSV in all the detected sera reached to 70% which met the state′s requirements,but the positive rates of CSFV immune antibody in suckling piglets,PRRS in young pig showed a little low and needs to be improved.
