摘要
随着教育教学改革的不断深入,"合作"教学作为一种新的教学理念,以其"平等、民主、信任、沟通、合作"等合作精神与原则渗透到当今的教育教学过程中。"合作"教学的目标在于培养学生在合作过程中适应生存、创新学习并发展个性。这需要教师在教学中改变传统的知识传授者角色成为学生学习的合作者、参与者和促进者,通过合作促进学生构建适合自己的知识体系,从而促进学生的可持续发展。
With the constant deepening of the teaching reform, as a new kind of teaching concept, cooperation teaching is involved into the present teaching process with its cooperative spirit and principle of equality, democracy, credit, communication and cooperation. The aim of cooperation teaching is to foster students to adapt to the survival, innovate learning and develop personality. This requires teachers to change their role from the traditional knowledge teachers to the cooperators with students, participants and promoters so as to make students promote the establishment of their own knowledge system by cooperation and promote students sustainable development.
