摘要
利用塑料薄膜袋代替玻璃瓶的袋式培养剑麻组培苗,降低了容器一次性投入的78.3%,免去玻璃瓶的存储仓库和玻璃瓶的搬运、清洗等费用。培养基节约33.3%,配制与消毒人工费节约40%,消毒效率提高2.08倍,培养空间利用率提高46.8%以上,接种效率提高12.5%,组琣苗污染率降低7.1%以上,生根苗的移栽成活率提高7.6%以上,组培苗的出苗效率和运输效率提高2倍以上。
Bag-type tissue culture of using plastic film bags instead of glass bottles in sisal tissue culture,reduce 78.3% of the container one-time investment, free the glass storage warehouses and eliminate the bottle handling, cleaning and other expenses. The results show that, saving 33.3% medium, preparation and disinfection labor cost savings 40%, disinfection efficiency by 2.08 times, culture space utilization increased by 46.8% or more, the inoculation efficiency increased by 12.5%, tissue culture seedlings contamination rate decreased by 7.1% or more, rooting shift planting survival rate increased by 7.6% or more, tissue culture seedlings production efficiency and transport efficiency improved by 2 times or more.
