对HIIT减肥新观点的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着生活条件的不断提升,我国肥胖发病率也在不断增长,大部分的减肥机构将较长时间的中低强度有氧运动作为人们减肥的主要途径与方法,但通过实践检验,这种传统减肥运动观点并没有达到理想效果。本文从理论分析和文献综述基础上,提出HIIT减肥观点可能是比传统减肥观点更加有效的减肥措施,其理论依据是大强度间歇运动仍能促进人体能量的消耗,同时人体能量物质的摄取下降。
