改性活性炭负载铈吸附剂的制备及其脱硫性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用HCl,HNO3,H2O2,NH3·H2O对椰壳活性炭(AC)进行氧化改性;以氧化改性后脱硫率最高的AC-HNO3为载体,采用超声辅助浸渍和普通浸渍法制备负载CeO2的吸附剂;通过脱除模型柴油中的噻吩,考察改性方法和浸渍方法对脱硫率的影响。采用H2-TPR,FTIR,BET,SEM等手段对吸附剂进行表征。实验结果表明,HNO3改性能最大程度增加AC表面含氧酸性基团的数量;以经90℃HNO3改性的AC为载体,采用超声浸渍法制备的Ce负载量为10%(w)的吸附剂,其脱硫率最高达到95%;并讨论了超声波辅助可提高吸附剂性能的机理。 Activated carbon(AC) was modified by oxidation with HCl,HNO3,H2O2 or NH3 · H2O and then AC-HNO3 supported CeO2 adsorbents were prepared through ordinary impregnation and ultrasonic assisted impregnation with AC modified by HNO3 oxidation(AC-HNO3) as support which had the highest desulfurization rate.The modified ACs and AC-HNO3 supported CeO2 adsorbents were characterized by means of H2-TPR,FTIR,BET and SEM,and used in the removal of thiophene in simulated diesel oil.The results showed that,the HNO3 oxidation could increase the number of acidic groups on the AC surface to the greatest extent,and the adsorbent with Ce loading 10%(w) and AC-HNO3 as support prepared by the ultrasonic impregnation had the high activity with the highest thiophene removal rate 95%.The mechanism of the improvement of the adsorbent performance by the ultrasonic assistant was discussed.
