摘要
综述了聚丙烯酰胺微球的制备方法,包括反相乳液聚合法、反相微乳液聚合法、分散聚合法及反相悬浮聚合法。分析了各种方法的特点、影响聚合的工艺条件及所得聚丙烯酰胺微球的性能。介绍了聚丙烯酰胺微球在油田调剖封堵中的应用,不同粒径的聚丙烯酰胺微球适用于不同渗透率的油藏。未来的研究应加强数值模拟和分子设计以缩小聚丙烯酰胺微球在实验室研究与现场应用的差距。
The preparation methods for polyacrylamide microspheres were reviewed,namely inverse emulsion polymerization,inverse microemulsion polymerization,dispersion polymerization and inverse suspension polymerization.The characteristics of method,process conditions affecting the polymerizations and the performance of the polyacrylamide microspheres were analyzed.The application of the polyacrylamide microspheres to profile control and water plugging in oil fields was introduced.The research in the future should be focused on strengthening the numerical simulation and molecular design to narrow the gap between the laboratory research and the application in oilfields.
