全科医学对慢性骨病干预的探讨

Investigation of intervention of general medicine on chronic disease

目的:探讨全科医学对慢性骨病干预的原则和措施。方法:通过全科医学对慢性骨病干预措施的临床分析,提出干预三原则,并把慢性骨病分为两类情况,采取不同干预措施。结果:慢性骨病患者容易接受,效果满意。结论:全科医学模式完善了专科医疗模式的不足,从多个方面帮助患者处理了实际问题,方法简易,效果显著。

Objective：To explore intervention methods and measures of general medicine on chronic disease. Methods：Through the clinical analysis of the intervention measures of general medicine on bone disease,three principles were put forward,and the chronic disease was divided into two categories and treated with different intervention measures. Results：The patients with chronic disease were easy to accept,and the effects were satisfied. Conclusions：The general medicine model improves the defects of specialist medical mode and helps the patients deal with actual problems;moreover,the method is simple and effective.
