摘要
本研究简述了血尿素氮(BUN)在运动训练、疲劳恢复、控体重和运动营养等中的变化情况。分析了血尿素氮升高的原因,并指出在运动训练实践和运动生理生化研究中,血尿素氮是评定训练负荷最敏感的指标之一,可以用来进行训练负荷的监控。
This study briefly introduced the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) changes in athletic training, fatigue recovery, weight control and sports nutrition. Analysed the causes of increased blood urea nitrogen, and pointed out that blood urea nitrogen is one of the most sensitive indicators of assessment training load in the practice of sports training and athletic physiological and biochemical studies which can be used for training load monitoring.
