摘要
爬行运动是近几年的新兴运动,由于其简单易行、不受时间地点的影响,而且疗效显著,因而逐渐受到大众的喜爱。本文详细介绍了爬行运动的标准动作要领,并从生理学角度较深入的分析了腰肌劳损的成因和爬行运动对腰肌劳损防治作用的机理。并从生理学角度印证了爬行运动对腰肌劳损的预防和治疗作用具有明显的针对性,是切实可行的,能够作为腰肌劳损患者和易患人群的治疗和保健运动。
