河北省摔拳跆高水平教练员的现状调查研究

Investigation on the Status Quo of high-level Wrestling, Boxing, Taekwondo Coach in Hebei Province

教练员作为运动训练的主导以及培养优秀运动员的专业技术人才,其现状直接影响着竞技体育项目的工作开展。因此,本研究通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,针对河北省摔拳跆中心的高水平教练员队伍的现状进行全面的调查研究,寻找目前河北省摔拳跆中心的高水平教练员队伍存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策,对河北省摔拳跆竞技体育项目的发展具有重大的现实意义。

Coach,the professional personnel to train and cultivate excellent athletes,plays a leading role in daily training exercises, whose status quo has a direct impact on the operation of all competitive sports work.In this respect,this paper conducts a thorough investigation and research on the status quo of high-level wrestling,boxing and taekwondo coach team in Hebei Province,through a wide range of research methodologies like literature review,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and etc.The research purpose aims at finding out major problems existing in current high-level wrestling,boxing and taekwondo coach team in HebeiProvince,and then comes up with corresponding developing strategies.This will be of great significance to the development of competitive sports in Hebei Province.
