水厂工艺改造及优化实例

摘要 针对原水低浊、上水量波动等问题,采用增设混合器强化絮凝、切割排泥管改善排泥、增设出水花墙加强整流、加装反冲总阀稳定反冲状态、增设空压机提高反冲强度等措施,充分利用水厂现有构筑物,提高净水能力,稳定出水水质,保障城市安全供水。 Aimed at the issues of low turbidity in raw water and fluctuation in water feeding quantity, the measures were taken such as addition of mixer to enhance flocculation, cutting sludge discharge pipe to improve sludge discharge, addition of outflow perforated wall to enhance rectification, installation of backwash header valve to stabilize the status of backwash and addition of air compressor to improve backwash rate, etc. , so that the existing structures could be used to improve treatment capacity, stabilize outflow quality and ensure safety of water supply.
