摘要
由于牵引供电系统自身的原因,其产生的无功相当严重,而电力部门对功率因数又相当重视,对功率因数偏低的用户实行罚款。为此必须采取措施提高功率因数使之持续稳定地保持在0.9以上,提高有功功率,充分运用电能,减少损失,减少电气线路和变压设备的负担,提高电气线路和变压设备的利用率,降低电气线路的发热量。本文针对我国哈大线的情况,着重介绍了哈大线上的牵引变电所采取的无功补偿方案,介绍了RVS-RVK功率因素控制器的常见故障和典型故障的处理。
Since The traction power supply system , it can bring great negative power,while electric power department pay much attention to that,they will punish the bad one whose factor is low,so it must be take action to keep the factor 0.9 or more.To improve positive power,make the most use of energy,reduce expense ,reduce the press from the electric line and transformation eqyipment,make better use of the electrc line and transformation,reduce the heat from the electric line.
This paper about the situation of HADA-line, and focus on the HADA-line traction substation to the reactive compensation package, introduced the RVS-RVK power factor control er to use.
