企业人员资质数据库系统的建立与管理

随着企业业务范围的不断扩展以及人才队伍的日益壮大,人员资质证书的种类和数量已经呈现出几何倍数的增长态势。从企业业务需求及项目招投标现状来看,建立一套完整,高效,容错率高的人员资质数据库系统已经成为了企业人员资质管理工作的当务之急。本文重点针对企业人员资质数据库系统的建立与管理做出了全面系统的分析,本数据库系统的建立与管理涉及人员资质数据容错、人员资质有效期动态跟踪和提醒、人员资质数据自动统计等功能,实现了企业人员资质数据的有效管理,显著地提升企业人员资质业务管理的效率,大大减少了人为统计所造成的疏漏,使整个管理流程得到精准、高效、有序地执行。

With the continuous expansion of business and company personnel certificate types, quantities have appeared geometrical growth. From the current business needs and the current situation of the project bidding, it is priority to establish a company personnel qualification database system which is intact, efficient and with high fault-tolerance. In this paper, we make a comprehensive system analysis on the establishment and quality management of the company personnel qualification database system. This database system quality management involves the following functions： data fault tolerance, validity dynamic tracking and reminders of the certificate, and statistics of the certificate. We achieved the effective management of the certificate data, and improved efficiency of the personnel qualification management. Moreover we reduced the omission caused by artificially statistics to a great extent. So the entire management process could be executed accurately, efficiently and orderly.
