摘要
从软硬件设施、资源建设、人员培养等方面对高校图书馆在IT环境下的转型期建设进行了探讨,认为高校图书馆应形成开放式的信息环境,具备现代化的服务手段,密切配合学校教学科研工作的需要,为读者提供更广泛、更有效的文献信息服务。
Discusses the college library construction in transforming preiod under the IT environment from the respects of software and hardware configuration, resources construction and personnel training, etc., points out that college libraries should create an open information environment,pose modern service ways, and meet the information demand for teaching and scientific research, so as to provide effective information services for library users.
