中资企业境外钾盐资源开发的思考

Development of Overseas Potassium Salt Resource in China-invested Enterprises

本文结合世界钾盐资源分布极不均衡和我国可溶性钾盐严重匮乏的实际,结合十几年来中资企业实施"走出去"发展战略、开展境外钾盐资源开发的历程和现状,分析了中资企业境外资源开发中存在的主要问题和困难,并以境外钾盐开发实际项目为例,分别从国家层面积极引导、企业层面横向联合、企业自身内强素质等方面进行了合理思考和建议,对于有序推进中资企业境外钾盐资源开发、尽快形成我国境外钾肥产能基地具有一定的参考和指导意义。

Combining with the reality of extremely uneven distribution of the world＇s potassium salt resources and the severe shortage of soluble potassium salt and the history and current situation of ＂going out＂ strategy and overseas potassium salt resources development of Chinese-invested enterprises, this paper analyzes the main problems and difficulties of overseas resources development of Chinese-invested enterprises. Taking the overseas potassium salt resources development project as the example, this paper makes rational thinking and recommendations from the aspects of positive guidance from the national level, the horizontal joint in corporate level, strong quality of the enterprises own, which provides some reference and guidance for orderly promoting the overseas potassium salt resources development and forming China＇s overseas potash base as soon as possible.
