摘要
为了减少基本农田划定中人为因素的干扰,使基本农田的划定更加科学合理,同时为山地丘陵地区基本农田划定提供经验,综合考虑耕地质量、区位条件和政策因素等多方面的因素,建立耕地入选基本农田的指标体系,对各个指标价值进行标准化处理,得出每一个图斑的综合评价值,利用TOPSIS算法进行排序,生成基本农田保护图件;展示了GIS技术特别是空间分析功能在基本农田划定工作的强大作用和广阔的应用前景,通过客观指标权重的确定方法,使基本农田的划定更加科学合理。
In order to reduce the interference of human factors in delineation of basic farmland to make the delineation of basic farmland process more scientific and reasonable, as well as provide experience for delineation of basic farmland in mountainous and hilly areas. Based on the comprehensive consideration of land quality, location conditions and policies factors and other factors of farmland, the paper establishes a basic farmland indicators system which can standardize each index value, and draw a diagram of each plaque comprehensive evaluation value, then use TOPSIS algorithm to generate the protection of basic farmland maps; the paper shows GIS technology, especially spatial analysis functions work in basic farmland demarcated powerful role and broad application prospects, through objective method for determining the index weights, makes the basic farmland demarcated more scientific and reasonable.
