21世纪是经济快速发展的时代,科技的发展使企业之间的竞争力越来越大。人才是企业竞争的核心,为了适应新时代经济发展的需要,企业越来越重视人力资源管理工作,人力资源在各行各业中都发挥着重大的作用。地质行业对职工的技术操作能力要求随着经济社会的影响越来越高,企业发展的速度与人力资源素质的高低有着直接的关系。本文从地质行业人力资源管理的现状入手,对人力资源管理对地质经济的作用作了简单分析。

The twenty-first century is an era of rapid economic development, the competitiveness among enterprises becomes fiercer under the development of science and technology. Talent is the core of enterprise competition, in order to meet the needs of economic development in the new era, enterprises pay more and more attention to human resource management, and human resource plays an important role in all walks of life. The demand of geological industry for worker＇s technical operation ability is increasingly high because of the economic and social impact. The speed of business development has a direct relationship with human resources quality. This paper expounds the current situation of human resource management of geological industry, and analyses the role of human resource management of geological economy.
