摘要
当前我国大力推行工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式,本文分析了合作现状和存在的主要问题,创新提出合作教育券方案,该方案内含了利益共享机制、互评机制和动力机制。
Nowadays work-integrated learning and college-enterprise cooperation talent training mode are vigorously promoted in China. This paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of the cooperation, and puts forward the innovative cooperation education voucher scheme, which includes benefit sharing mechanism, mutual mechanism and motivation mechanism.
