实行军事训练问责办法有利于提高军事训练水平。本文从主体、客体及执行三个环节来讨论提高问责效果的办法。
Military training accountability is helpful to improve the level of military training. This article discusses the methods to improve the effect of the accountability from three aspects： the subject, object and implementation.
