Research on Land Conversion under the Perspective of New-type Urbanization: Case Study of Dongguan City

本文拟通过对广东省东莞市城镇化进程中的土地非农化状况进行调查分析,分析其具体途径和特点,讨论其今后一段时期需要注意的问题和完善性建议,从理论和实践层面,为东莞市统筹城乡发展、促进新型城镇化发展提供参考,为我国相关政策的优化提供有益借鉴。

Through investigation of the situation of land conversion in the process of urbanization in Dongguan city of Guangdong province, this article analyzes the specific paths and characteristics and discusses the matters needing attention in the short future and improving advice. It provides reference for balancing urban and rural development of Dongguan and promoting the new urbanization development from the aspect of theory and practice, and provides reference tor the optimization of relevant policy in China.
