组织忠诚度已成为令管理者疲惫不堪的头等大事。面对号称是"跳跳族"的新生代员工,尤其是有望挑起组织生产经营"大梁"的知识型新生代员工,企业管理者想要攻克"低组织忠诚度"这一难题,首先需要掌握他们的职业心理,真正理解自己所管理的对象,然后探索合适的管理策略,以适应新生代员工管理。
Organizational loyalty has become a headache of managers. Facing the "jumping" new generation staff, especially the knowledge-based staff hopeful to shoulder the main responsibility of the production and operation, in order to conquer the problem of "low organizational loyalty", managers first need to master their occupational psychology to really understand them, and then explore the appropriate management strategy, to adapt to the new generation staff management.
