Heating Furnace Temperature Control System

加热炉是轧线上最重要的设备之一,它的作用是把板坯加热到轧制所需要的温度。加热炉控制的目的是设定加热炉燃烧段炉温,使板坯在炉内充分受热,出炉时使其温度和均匀度能满足轧制要求,同时又要使所消耗的燃料尽量小。故温度控制能直接影响到加热炉的能耗和轧制设备寿命、钢坯成材率、最终钢材产品质量以及整个轧线的有效作业率。

Heating furnace is one of the most important equipment of the rolling line, whose function is to heat the slab till the required rolling temperature. The purpose of furnace control is to set the temperature of the combustion section of the furnace to make the slab heat fully in the furnace and its temperature and uniformity meet the rolling requirement when finishing heating and at the same time to make the fuel consumed as little as possible. So temperature control can directly affect the energy consumption of heating furnace and the service life of the rolling equipment, billet yield and quality of final steel products as well as the operation efficiency of the whole rolling line.
