摘要
地铁建设作为一项大型项目工程,在规划和建设过程中存在大量的不可预期、不确定的风险因素,导致工程造价管理失控的现象在项目建设中成为突出问题。本文针对地铁建设特点,对各阶段影响地铁造价的风险因素进行分析,并提出科学合理地造价控制措施,可以有利保障项目造价,提升建设总体水平。
As a large-scale project, subway construction has a lot of unpredictable and uncertain risk factors in the planning and construction process, which lead to the runaway phenomenon of project cost management become prominent issues in construction projects. According to the characteristics of subway construction, this paper analyzes the risk factors impact on all stages of subway cost, proposes scientific and reasonable cost control measures to protect the project cost, enhance the overall level of construction.
