摘要
黑龙江统计年鉴2013将原有的城镇在岗职工平均工资指标调整为城镇就业人员平均工资,且数据统计时间为2008-2012年。依据统计年鉴的数据对黑龙江省城镇就业人员平均工资进行了分析,结果表明在研究期间内,在平均工资上涨的同时,不同部门就业人员的平均工资仍然存在差距。
The original on-the-job worker average wage index is adjusted into average wage of employment index in urban in Heilongjiang statistical yearbook 2013, which include statistic data from 2008 to 2012. Based on statistical yearbook data, the average wage index of employment in urban in Heilongjiang province is analyzed. Restilts show average wage index of employees from different departments is still a gap when average wage rising during research stage.
