广州市流动老年人养老问题的调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Endowment Problem of Floating Old Population in Guangzhou

流动老年人养老问题是亟待妥善解决的社会难题。通过对广州市流动老年人养老问题进行调查,结果表明,大部分流动老年人是随子女迁移而流动,主要以照看孙辈、帮子女料理家务来安排日常活动;部分流动老年人陷入流动困境并担忧自己今后的养老问题。为解决流动老年人养老问题,提出加强社会化育婴、托幼服务,将流动老年人纳入属地化社区服务管理,搭建公共服务平台等政策建议。

The endowment of the floating old people is a social problem which should be solved urgently. A survey on the endowment of the floating old people of Guangzhou shows that most of the old move with their children. They mainly engage in looking after grandchildren and doing housework for their children. Some of them are at the dilemma of floating and worry about their endowment. To solve the problem, suggestions are given in bringing up babies socially and promoting the service of looking after children. In addition, the old can be taken care of by the community, setting up the public service platform.
