Construction and Practice of “Dual-task, Dual-mentor”Teaching Mechanism of Tourism Education Internship

为解决旅游教育实习教学实效性问题,构建"双任务、双导师"旅游教育实习教学机制。广东省旅游职业技术学校在做好实习教学前提工作,夯实实习教学组织体系,组织实习课程设计与实施等方面进行了有益的探索与实践。实践证明,"双任务、双导师"旅游教育实习教学机制,对实习生理论知识的提高、职业能力的提升有明显的促进作用。

To improve the effectiveness of tourism education internship, the ＂dual-task, dual-mentor＂ teaching mechanism of tourism education internship was estalished. Practice on pre-internship, organization system, the lesson plan and practice of internship are explored in the Guangdong Tourism Institute. It is proved that the ＂dualtask, dual-mentor＂ teaching mechanism of tourism education internship will play an active role in improving students＇ theory and professional capacity.
