株洲市文化创意产业发展刍议

Brief Discussion of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industry in Zhuzhou City

湖南省第十次党代会的报告中进一步明确了推动文化大发展大繁荣、加快建设文化强省的战略,强调要在创新体制机制中做大做强文化产业,推进文化产业聚集发展。作为文化产业重要组成部分的文化创意产业,已经成为新一轮全球化经济竞争的重点。本文从文化创意产业发展的时代背景出发,通过分析株洲市文化创意产业发展的基础,提出了株洲市文化创意产业发展的基本思路。

The report of the Eleventh Hunan Provincial People＇s Congress further defined the strategy of promoting cultural development and building strong cultural province, and emphasized to make the cultural industry much bigger and stronger in the new mechanism system to promote its cluster development. As an important part of cultural industry, the cultural and creative industry has been the focus of the new round global economic competition. Starting from the development background of the industry and analyzing its development basis in Zhuzhou, this paper puts forward the corresponding basic principles.
