Discussion of Strategies for University Teachers to Cope with the Challenge of MOOC

新型远程教育方式MOOC大行其道,不仅对传统和现有的高校教育模式带来转型与变革,也给高校教师带来巨大的冲击和挑战。本文在阐述MOOC特点的基础上,分析MOOC给高校教师带来的冲击与挑战,并给出高校教师应对MOOC挑战的策略建议。

The popularity of MOOC which is a mode of remote education, has not only brought the transformations and the reforms for traditional and existing patterns of higher education, but also brought huge impacts and challenges for college teachers. By elaborating the characteristics of MOOC, this paper analyzes the impacts and challenges brought by MOOC for college teachers and gives out corresponding strategic suggestions.
