摘要
笔者所在高校组织了多年大学生顶岗实习工作,在开展大学生顶岗实习过程中积累了大量的理论和实践经验,并逐渐探索形成了"三段式"大学生顶岗实习管理模式,该模式能够有效指导高校开展大学生顶岗实习工作,有着一定的理论和实践指导意义。
The internship has been carried out in the college where the author works for several years. There were lots of theoretical and practical experience in this process. And the ＂three-steps＂ internship management model was gradually explored in this process. This model has theoretical and practical contribution to guide the college students internship.
