Inquiry and Application of Grassroots(Class) Student Cadres Training Mode

基层学生干部作为学生管理工作的核心,其能力培养却常常被忽略。本文基于两次基层(班级)学生干部培养班的实践经验,对基层(班级)学生干部培养的方式方法、意义及其拓展延伸做了一定的探索与思考,梳理了基层(班级)学生干部培养的结构框架,便于因地制宜地开展基层(班级)学生干部培养的相关工作。

Grassroots student cadres are the core of student man-agement, but the cultivation of their abilities is often overlooked. Based on twice grassroots （class） student cadres training classes, this paper makes certain exploration and ponderation on the methods, significance and expansion of grassroots （class） student cadres cultivation, and summarizes the structure and framework of grassroots （class） student cadres cultivation, in order to carry out relevant work of grassroots （class） student cadres cultivation in accordance with practical conditions.
