The Cultivation of College English Intensive Reading Teachers' Teaching Reflection

反思性教学是提高教师个人自身教学能力和教育教学质量的必由之路。本文从反思内涵入手,谈及了反思性教学、英语精读教师教学反思以及英语精读教师教学反思能力的培养。另外,笔者结合自身教学经历,针对英语精读教师教学反思能力培养,提出了三条建设性建议,旨在对大学英语精读教学有所裨益。

Reflective teaching is an effective path to improve teachers＇ teaching skills and the quality of education. The essay starts with the definition of reflection;then moves onto reflective teaching, the teaching reflection of college English intensive reading teachers, and the cultivation of such skills; finally, it gives three suggestions in order to strengthen the development of college intensive English teaching.
