提高教学质量是一个综合课题,这一问题的核心是课堂教学,而教师在课堂教学中扮演着重要的角色。本文作者提出教师在课堂上需兼有这五种角色:大爱情怀的激发者、学习热情的唤醒者、课堂活动的组织者、交流互动的合作者以及学生才能的欣赏者。

The improvement of teaching quality is a comprehen-sive topic whose core is classroom teaching, while the teacher plays an important role in classroom teaching. The writer pro-posed that a teacher should possess five roles in classroom teach-ing：the motivator of great love, the wakener of learning enthusi-asm, the organizer of classroom activities, the cooperator of com-munication and interaction, and the appreciator of students＇ tal-ents.
