Problem-based Learning Applied in the Course of Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Processing

本文针对以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在果蔬贮藏与加工学教学中的应用进行了探讨,分析了果蔬贮藏与加工学教学引入PBL教学法的可行性,并对在果蔬贮藏与加工学教学中实施PBL教学法的基本步骤和PBL教学法存在的问题进行了阐述。

To discuss the application of problem-based learning （PBL） in the course of fruit and vegetable storage and processing, the feasibility of PBL in the course of fruit and vegetable storage and processing was analyzed. Then, the basic steps and the prob-lems in the using of PBL were described, too.
