摘要
高校要根据食品安全快速检测技术这门课程的特点,将教育与社会服务相结合,积极进行第二课堂开辟的探索,这样既提高了学生的实际工作能力,收到较好的教学效果,又可以保障居民的食品安全,达到为社会服务的目的。
In accordance with the characteristics of ＂Rapid De-tection of Food Safety＂course, we combined education with social service and actively carried out the exploration of establishment of the second class, which has not only improved students＇ prac-tical ability and achieved good teaching effect, but also ensured residents＇ food safety and achieved the goal of social service.
