工程力学特色专业背景下“土力学”课堂教学改革实践

摘要 土力学是以"大岩土"为背景的工程力学专业的一门专业基础课,在以往的教学过程中,往往注重让学生记公式、推导公式、做习题,其教学模式酷似数学专业,不利于调动学生的学习兴趣及培养学生的实践操作能力。本文根据土力学课程的特点,提出了"充分利用网络资源、用故事揭示力学原理、加强学生动手能力及融入双语教学"的教学模式,让土力学课堂与时俱进、充满时代特征,极大提高了学生的上课积极性,取得了良好的教学效果。 Soil mechanics is a professional foundation course for the engineering mechanics major in the background of "grand geotechnics". In the past teaching, students' formula memoriza-tion, formula derivation and doing exercises are always the focus, making the teaching model exactly like that of the mathematics major, which is a disservice to the motivation of students' learning interest and the cultivation of their practical ability. In accor-dance with the characteristics of soil mechanics, this paper pro-posed the teaching model of "making full use of network re-sources, using stories to reveal mechanics principles, enhancing students' hands-on ability, and integrating bilingual teaching", making soil mechanics classes keep pace with the times and full of the characteristics of the times. The model has greatly im-proved students' enthusiasm in class and achieved impressive teaching effect.
