Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Applied Undergraduate Talents' Ability of Engineering Practice in Common Universities

应用型高等学校肩负着培养高质量的应用型和创新型工程技术人才的重要任务。工程实际训练是培养学生动手能力、专业技能和创新意识的重要实践性教学环节。因此,优化课程体系,加强实践环节,建设高水平工程型师资队伍,强化校企合作,完善工程实践能力培养体系等对提高本科生的工程实践能力十分必要。大连海洋大学在本科应用型人才工程实践能力培养方面做了一系列改革与实践,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Applied universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality applied and innovative engineering and technical talents. Practical engineering training is an important practical teaching link of cultivating students＇ hands-on ability, professional skills and innovative consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary for the improvement of undergraduates＇ ability of engi-neering practice to optimize the curriculum system, enhance the practice link, construct a high-level engineering teaching staff, strengthen university-enterprise cooperation, and perfect the cultivation system of engineering practice ability. A series of re-forms and practice have been made on the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents＇ ability of engineering practice in Dalian Ocean University, which is of certain referential significance.
